Cancellation Policy
We can't wait to see you at Escapeville Escape Room! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your game time in order to park, store your personal belongings, sign in and get instructions. The game is set on a timer. Each game lasts exactly 60 min. Once the game starts, late arrivals will not be able to participate. There is no exception to this rule. There will be no refunds given to late arrivals. Again, late arrivals will not be able to participate once the game clock starts. Due to limits on capacity and game rules, if you book and cannot make your scheduled time, you will lose your spot. However, you are able to transfer your slot to another friend or family member that is able to come at that time. Please make this arrangement prior to their arrival. No refunds are allowed after games are booked.
